Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Nandprojects ("I", "me", or "my") handles information in connection with the mobile applications and websites I develop and publish. By using any Nandprojects app or visiting this website, you agree to the practices described here.
Data controller: Ferdinando Satria (individual, not a registered company), reachable at ferdinando.satria@gmail.com. Nandprojects is based in Indonesia.
1. Overview – Offline-First Approach
All Nandprojects apps are built offline-first: your data is stored locally on your device by default. Most app functionality works without any internet connection and without creating an account. I do not operate a backend server or database where your app data is stored.
2. What Data May Be Collected
a) Locally stored app data
Data you create inside an app (e.g., logs, records, notes) is stored only on your device. It is not transmitted to me or any third party unless you explicitly use the optional backup feature described below.
b) Optional account & backup/restore (Google Drive)
Some apps offer an optional feature that lets you create an account via Google Sign-In and back up your app data to your own personal Google Drive. If you use this feature:
- Your Google account email address is used to identify your account within the app.
- Your app data is written to a dedicated folder in your Google Drive via OAuth.
- This data is stored in your Google Drive account, not on any Nandprojects-controlled infrastructure. I never access your Google Drive data except to perform the backup/restore action you explicitly trigger.
c) Usage analytics & crash reports
Some apps may integrate standard Android/Google crash reporting (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics). If so, this is disclosed in the specific app's listing on Google Play. No personally identifiable information is intentionally included in crash reports.
3. How Your Information Is Used
- To provide and improve app functionality.
- To enable the optional backup/restore feature at your request.
- To respond to support requests sent to the contact email.
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Local app data is retained on your device until you delete the app or clear its data through your device settings.
Backup data stored in your Google Drive can be deleted at any time directly from Google Drive (look for the app's folder). You may also request deletion of any account record I hold by emailing ferdinando.satria@gmail.com — see also the Account Deletion page. Requests will be processed within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
The optional backup feature uses Google Drive via OAuth. Your use of Google Drive is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. I do not share data with any other third parties.
6. Children's Privacy
Nandprojects apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact me and I will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights
Regardless of where you are located — including users in the European Union (GDPR) and elsewhere — you have the right to:
- Access the personal data I hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability (receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format).

8. International Users
Nandprojects is based in Indonesia. If you are located outside Indonesia, please be aware that any information you provide may be processed in Indonesia. I apply data-protection principles consistent with GDPR and general best practices to protect your information regardless of your location.
9. Changes to This Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
