Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any Nandprojects application or website. By downloading or using an app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Who We Are
Nandprojects is an independent software studio operated by Ferdinando Satria (an individual, not a registered company), based in Indonesia. Contact: ferdinando.satria@gmail.com.
2. Licence to Use
Subject to these Terms, Nandprojects grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your own device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any connected service.
- Use the app in any manner that violates the rights of others.
4. Offline-First & Data Responsibility
Nandprojects apps are designed to work offline. Your data is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of data stored on your device. Nandprojects is not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause.
Some apps offer an optional backup and restore feature using your own Google Drive account. This feature is provided as a convenience; Nandprojects does not guarantee its availability and is not responsible for issues arising from your Google account or Google's services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and other materials in Nandprojects apps and this website are the intellectual property of Ferdinando Satria / Nandprojects and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Nandprojects trademarks, logos, or branding.
6. No Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NANDPROJECTS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NANDPROJECTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Third-Party Services
The optional backup feature relies on Google Drive. Your use of that service is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy. Nandprojects has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party services.
9. Changes to These Terms
Nandprojects may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia.
